Analogue Farm & Mid-Pennine Arts present THE QUEEN OF THE WELL

 

A fantastical puppet show based on a magical Lancashire legend of the water spirit who lives in the Old Lady Churn Well on Brown Wardle Hill, Whitworth, which featured Whitworth artists and members of the Whitworth & Healey Vale Brass Band.

 

Using spellbinding puppetry, projections and live music the Wizard of Wardle and his companions brought the Queen of the Well legend to life for the first time. Watch a video of highlights and/or the full performance below...
